Points to watch: After
hitting a 1999 high during April, Endesa
subsequently reversed before bottoming in May and has been moving steadily
higher since. EOC closed at
13.88 yesterday after moving above resistance at 13.75 (the 50%
retracement of its 3/23/98-9/10/98 decline) during the day. Technical
indicators have moved steadily higher with the stock's rise, with both
daily and weekly MACD, OBV, RSI, and stochastics rising sharply. A
strong buy signal would be given on a move above the stock's April high of
14.06.
